The Trellis approach to brewing is unique— we exclusively use grains grown here in Kentucky and Indiana. We believe regional products support our local economies, promote sustainability, and taste fresher in your glass.

Our highly-specialized equipment allows us to use large amounts of unmalted ingredients directly from the field, naturally carbonate the beer with yeast, filter with gravity, and serve straight from the tank to the faucet. We take all these steps because they make our beers taste incredible.
